Thanks so much for purchasing your Lomi from one of our trusted retail partners! We understand that sometimes things don't work out and have an easy returns system:

  • For all purchases that originated from a retail partner and you are looking to return or exchange, please review your original receipt to understand the return policy of your respective retailer. If you are still within the retailer's return policy window, please contact the retailer directly so they can happily assist you with this.
  • You are covered by our 1 year warranty from date of purchase (which can be confirmed with a photo or copy of your receipt) and upon registering your Lomi here: www.lomi.com/register.
