Do I Qualify for a Refund?

A refund in full or in part may be provided for your Lomi should the following requirements be met:

  • Your Lomi is unopened and/or unused
  • You are within the 30-day return timeframe (purchases on or before May 17th) 
  • You are within the 14-day return timeframe (purchases after May 17th)

The return timeframe begins from the day that you received your Lomi; from the date that your Lomi was delivered to your shipping address.
