A refund in full or in part may be provided for your Lomi should the following requirements be met:
- Your Lomi is unopened and/or unused;
- You are within the 30-day return timeframe (please see below).
The return timeframe begins from the day that you received your Lomi; from the date that your Lomi was delivered to your shipping address.
