How Do I Contact the Customer Experience Team?

If you have any Lomi questions that can't be answered in our FAQ's you can find us at! 

Please note: If you are an existing Lomi customer your must reach out to us via the purchase email, otherwise our customer experience representatives will be unable to access all relevant account information. 

If you contact our team about a specific Lomi related question, be sure to provide the following:

  • Serial Number of your Lomi
  • What cycle you last ran
  • A quick video or a picture of the issue
  • A list of what was added to Lomi last (if applicable) - the more specific, the better!

Please note: Our team is experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails these days, so it may take up to 72 hours to get a reply. Our team is working very hard to ensure that all questions are answered as quickly as possible!
