Cancelation Before Shipping

Should you wish to cancel before the product ships, the deposit is non-refundable. We can help with a cancellation but you will not receive a refund for the deposit you paid to reserve your Lomi.

For Direct Purchase Returns:

  • If you purchased your Lomi directly from us ( and not through the Indiegogo campaign or Poosh, we do accept returns. You can return Lomi, in unused or used condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email (within a reasonable period of time) whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear in the account associated with the charge reversal.

  • If 30 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return.

Refunds may not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if you do not go through our return system.

Duties for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
