Return Definitions

All Lomi accessories and units are eligible for return for refund as per our 30-day return policy. 

 

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between Nov 1- Dec 31 2023 can be returned until Jan 31 2023. Return shipping is free (as always).


The "happiness guarantee" does not apply to our consumable items or our non-consumable accessories. It is a guarantee that promises that your Lomi unit will operate in the manner in which we advertise. Subsequent to any dissatisfaction from product use, our team of Customer Support Experts will assist you in determining your eligibility for warranty replacement and will take the necessary steps to ensure that any issues are resolved.

Should you wish to cancel before the product ships please contact our team so that we can assist you.

30-day Return Policy:

  • Non-consumable accessories (Skylight Lid) are returnable and refundable within our 30-day timeframe. 

  • Consumable items (LomiPods, Lomi Filters, Blends) are non-returnable at this time. While you are still able to receive a refund within our normal 30-day return window, we are unable to accept these items back at this time.

  • If 30 days or more have passed since you received your items, we cannot offer you a refund or return.

Cancelation Before Shipping

Should you wish to cancel before the product ships please contact our team so that we can assist you.

For Direct Purchase Returns:

  • If you purchased your Lomi directly from us (pela.earth/lomi.com) you can return Lomi within 30 days of receiving your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email (within a reasonable period of time) whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 days to appear in the account associated with the charge reversal.

  • If 30 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return. You are still eligible to be covered by the 1 year limited warranty/happiness guarantee which covers warranty replacement, but does not qualify for refunds or credits beyond 30 days of purchase.

Refunds may not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if you do not go through our return system.

If you purchased the Lomi Monthly Membership as noted in the terms return shipping and handling is not covered and the responsibility of the customer. Delivery fees and membership fees are not refundable.

Duties for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
