Yes! You can store food waste in Lomi, although we do not recommend letting food sit in Lomi for more than 2-3 days. The filter-odour-control is not active while Lomi is not running a cycle, so you might smell it (and nobody wants that!).
This is especially true if you have meat products or dairy products in your bucket.
We recommend running a smaller cycle on Eco-Express if need be, so that you are not leaving waste in there for too long.
