Online Purchase Returns

Eligibility: If you purchased your Lomi directly from us at pela.earth or lomi.com, you can return it within 90 days of receiving your order, provided you have proof of purchase.

Return Process: For eligible returns, we will cover the return shipping costs* and refund your purchase price. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

After 90 Days: If more than 90 days have passed since you received your Lomi, we are unable to process a refund or return. However, you are still covered by our 1-year limited warranty/happiness guarantee, which includes warranty replacement but does not include a refund.
Retail/Stockist Returns
- Retail Purchases: Lomis purchased from a retail store are subject to that store's return policy and cannot be processed through our online return portal.
*Return shipping is covered by us only for eligible returns.
You may process your Lomi return through Self-serve steps below:
1. At the bottom of any Lomi.com page in the footer, there will be an option for Returns and Warranty under Support.
2. From here, you will be taken to the Returns and Warranty page and once you scroll through all of the instructions, you will be able to choose a warranty portal - either USA or Canada.
Once your return has been submitted, our system will generate a shipping label for you to get your Lomi on the way back to us. We will be able to process the return once the Lomi is delivered to our returns facility.
