What Should I Do If the Tracking Status Isn’t Updating?
If you notice that your tracking status hasn’t updated within 5 days after shipping, here’s what you can do:
Max Delivery Timeframes
FedEx: 14 days
CanadaPost: 2 business days for your local area, 3 business days within your province, 4 business days across Canada, and up to 7 business days internationally.
UPS/USPS: 21 days
