Lomi App Troubleshooting

Before continuing, please make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.

 

Step 1: Update App

  • Please open your phone's app store and type in "Lomi"
  • Once located, select our app to open it's app page
    • If you see the "Open" button, your version of the app is up-to-date.
    • If you see an "Update" button, your app version is outdated and needs to be updated. 
      • Update app and relaunch.

If issue unresolved, proceed to Step 2

 

Step 2: Update Phone Operating System

  • iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Software Update. The screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available > Install update if available
  • Android: Open Settings > About Phone > Check for Updates > If an update is available, an Update button will appear > Install update if available
  • If your system is now updated

If issue unresolved, proceed to Step 3

 

Step 3: Log Out

  • Please log out of your Lomi App
  • Once logged out, please log back in
  • When you have re-entered your app, please review the app to determine if the issue persists

If issue unresolved, proceed to Step 2

 

Step 4: Delete & Reinstall App

  • Please remove the app from your phone by deleting it
  • Once deleted, please proceed to your phone's app store and re-download the app
