Updating your credit card information is a simple process that can be completed in your Lomi account. Follow the steps below to make sure that your LomiPods and Filters keep on comin' and so that your Lifetime Warranty stays active. Making sure that your payment details are up to date also ensures that you're that much closer to a device upgrade.

Steps to Update your Payment Information

Sign in to your Pela Earth account
- If you have not yet registered an account with us, you will likely see and error code and won't be able to login. Please ensure that you have registered and followed all steps as directed during this stage.
- Once signed in, you will be brought to your main account portal.
- From here: select "view subscription" > "manage subscription" > "payment details" > "edit"
- Once you select edit, you will be prompted to select one of two options**:
- Update payment method > select "send email"
- Choose another payment method > select your new card > select "save"
- This option will allow you to select a different card on file. If you only have one card on file you will be unable to choose this option
- Depending on the selection you made from step 4, you will either receive an email with further instructions or your alternative payment method was save and you can now exit and logout of your account.
