Warranty Coverage:

All Lomi Bloom and Classic units come with a 1-year warranty. However, by subscribing to the Lomi Unlimited Membership/Subscribe and Save options, customers gain access to several valuable benefits.

Lifetime Warranty Eligibility: As long as you maintain an Active Member Status for your subscription, you can make warranty claims at any time in the future. Active Member Status is classified as:

• subscribed to the Unlimited or Subscribe and Save plan
• made uninterrupted subscription payments
• not paused or skipped any subscription shipments
• remedied any failed payments within 30 days of the failed payment

Device Upgrade: Active subscribers receive a free device upgrade option after 36 months of consecutive payments and maintaining their active subscription.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted payments throughout their subscription period, addressing failed payments promptly.

By maintaining an active subscription, customers acknowledge understanding the warranty terms.

Important Actions and Consequences:

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this Lifetime Warranty, customers must maintain a specified uninterrupted subscription with Lomi's products and services, without interruptions or cancellations. Full payments for renewals must be continuously received.

Subscription Cancellation:

• If a customer cancels their subscription at any point, the warranty status will be reverted to the standard 1 year warranty (or a 3-year warranty if LomiCare was purchased).

Skipping Subscription Renewals:

• Skipping or delaying any subscription renewal can result in the voiding of warranty coverage for the corresponding period or loss of the device upgrade option.

Failed Payments:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring uninterrupted payments throughout their subscription period, addressing failed payments promptly.

• Any failed payments related to the subscription will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty. The warranty and device upgrade eligibility will only be reinstated once the payment issues are resolved, and the subscription becomes active again with the renewal transaction being processed, within 30 days of the failed payment.

Device Upgrade Terms:

• To be eligible for a 3-year upgrade, customers must maintain an uninterrupted membership for 3 years (no pauses or skips). Should a customer change the frequency of a renewal and remain an active subscriber, the upgrade date will shift back in accordance with the renewal schedule.

• Shipping costs for the device upgrade will be fully borne by the customer. These costs will be added to the order for the device upgrade and invoiced to the customer before the order is processed.

Coverage Details:

• All Claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the standard 1-year warranty.

• The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for Lomi units.

• Covered components include the full unit, bucket, heating element, fan, removal components, and electronic controls (subject to standard warranty terms).

• Non-covered issues include damages from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other non-warranty related causes.

Changes to Terms and Termination:

• Lomi reserves the right to modify, terminate, or revoke the Lifetime Warranty for Active Maintained Subscribers at its discretion, with proper notice to subscribers. Lomi also reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty with proper notice to subscribers.

Customer Acknowledgment:

• By maintaining an active subscription and adhering to the terms outlined in this comprehensive warranty (Lomi Active Membership Extended Lifetime Warranty and Limited Product Warranty), subscribers can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime warranty for their Lomi products, as well as the opportunity for device upgrades.

• Those that purchased prior to October 16th, 2023 and as of October 16th, 2023 have an actively maintained subscription or Membership offered by Lomi will qualify for the benefits listed here for the Lomi Unlimited Membership. They must adhere to all the terms and conditions noted in order to maintain their active status and  can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime warranty for their Lomi products, as well as the opportunity for device upgrades.
