Lomi Rewards: Troubleshooting

  1. Can I Undo an Order/ Cancel a Redemption?
    Currently, all redemptions of Lomi Rewards points are final and our team isn’t able to reverse those redemptions.

  2. Why are my Rewards Grey?
    If your rewards are "greyed-out" this means that you haven't earned quite enough points. Keep using your Lomi or make some referrals to earn more!

  3. My Points Aren't Correct
