If your Lomi has an error, you will see a red light under an icon associated with the specific issue that your Lomi has encountered. Once an error has occurred, there are a few ways to troubleshoot them to resolve the issue.
To clear an error light, perform a “soft” reset** on your Lomi 2 (Bloom) to attempt to clear the error light/ an alert:
1. Make sure the lid is securely locked in place on your unit.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
3. Your Lomi will beep when it has reset successfully, and the lights will turn on in a progressive circle.
If, after completing the “soft” reset, your Lomi persists with an error light or an alert, please contact Customer Experience to confirm your next steps.
**Do not perform a hard reset of your unit unless you've been directed to by a Customer Experience agent.
