Resetting Lomi Bloom

When you have encountered an error light, a connectivity issue, or an alert that won't seem to go away, the first step is always to turn your Lomi off and then on again!

 

When troubleshooting an error light or an alert, perform a “soft” reset on your Lomi Bloom:

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds.

2. Your Lomi will beep when it has reset successfully, and the lights will turn on in a progressive circle.

 

If, after completing the “soft” reset, your Lomi persists with an error light or an alert, complete a “hard”/ factory reset. To complete this:

1. Press and hold the button for 30 seconds.

2. Your Lomi will beep when it has reset successfully, and the lights will turn on in a progressive circle.

 

 

Notes:

- When completing a factory reset, your WiFi credentials will be cleared, and you will need to reconnect to WiFi.
