When you have encountered an error light, a connectivity issue, or an alert that won't seem to go away, the first step is always to turn your Lomi off and then on again!
When troubleshooting an error light or an alert, perform a “soft” reset on your Lomi 2 (Bloom):
1. Make sure the lid is securely locked up on the unit.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
3. While you are holding the button your Lomi will beep 3 times. After you hear the 3rd beep - it has reset successfully, you can let the button go. You'll also notice that the lights will turn on in a progressive circle.
If, after completing the “soft” reset, your Lomi persists with an error light or an alert, complete a “hard”/ factory reset. To complete this:
1. Make sure the lid is securely locked up on the unit.
2. Press and hold the button for 30 seconds.
2. While you are holding the button your Lomi will beep 4 times. After you hear the 4th beep - it has reset successfully, you can let the button go. You'll also notice that the lights will turn on in a progressive circle.
Notes:
- When completing a factory reset, your WiFi credentials will be cleared, and you will need to reconnect to WiFi.
- If the lid is not securely locked in place all the lights will flash and the reset won't be successful. Video - Open Lid
